Villa Delfina The upstairs unit hosts up to six people and has a comfortable Kitchen area accessorized with all of the utensils you would need during your vacation.

A large patio out of the Kitchen will accomodate nice dinners outdoors. An outdoor shower is situated to Villa Delfina in the Italian region of Puglia, was builtin the 1980’s. The olive grove and rock garden the villa sits upon has been in our family since the early 1900’s. A WWII concrete bunker used by soldiers to guard the ioniac coast sits in the middle of our patio. s now used as a cellar and it is a great conversation piece whenever we have guests over! Villa Delfina is conveniently located on the outskirts of the village of Maruggio and only a short mile and a half away from the sea shore. Maruggio offers restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, post office, banks and all sorts of other retail stores you might need. Wednesday is market day in Maruggio; about 50 different vendors gather on the streets of the village to sell all sorts of merchandise, from brooms to fish and from clothes to olives. Market day in Maruggio is a community event not to miss! The ionic sea, that surrounds the Italian region of Puglia, is the mythological place where it is said that some of Ulysses adventures took place. It is indeed a magical place. Sandy beaches, rock shorelines and sea caves can be found all along the coast.
