Stargaze is officially ready for your next adventure! ✨🛶🎣

We reached out to all subscribers last week before opening and now it’s time to remind all of you that Stargaze calendar is open and ready to rent through July 2025.

All of October and November did get scooped up but there are still dates available. We look forward to hosting you and if you have any questions please reach out!

It’s not fully here yet, but with some trees already starting to turn, the fall magic in Superior National Forest is just around the corner.

✨ Stargaze Calendar Opening Soon! ✨

We’re excited to share that Stargaze will be open for bookings this coming Wednesday, Sept 25th at 3pm! We’ll be opening October 2024 to through July 2025.

It’s been a long journey to get to this point, but we are so happy that we can finally share this amazing place with all of you. Hopefully you love it as much as we do and we look forward to hosting you on your next up north adventure! 😊

There’s been a lot of people that have helped this project come to life, but no one has played a more important role than Collin over at .architecture .

From the very beginning, Collin treated this project as if it were his own, pouring in time, effort, and enthusiasm every step of the way, making the design process much more enjoyable for us.

His connections and recommendations of quality products were invaluable in helping bring this project to life. Our goal was to create truly unique spaces for our guests and we could not be more happy with how they turned out!

We have another cabin brewing, but what we don’t have is a name! This is where you come in…👋🏼

Comment below👇🏼 with as many cabin names as you can think of and if we choose your idea, we’ll be giving you a $300 gift card towards a stay.

To help with brain storming, the concept is a modern couples getaway with a spa vibe located on a private lake in the north woods. 🌲

This Thursday, Feb 15th at 12pm our Summer and Fall 2024 calendar will be opening for the original Grey Duck Cabin.

If you’d like a reminder before we open make sure you’re subscribed to our mailing list and we’ll give you a heads up the day of with a link to book. Calendar Opening Update👇🏼❄️☃️

Our Winter and Spring 2024 Calendar for the OG Grey Duck Cabin will be opening Wednesday, November 8th at 2pm to ALL subscribers. If you’re interested in booking make sure you’re subscribed to our mailing list on the front page of our website.

The past few openings we’ve done lottery style bookings to make sure guests could snag a date without feeling rushed. Now with the new cabins opening next year and more future dates to go around we are moving back to opening the calendar to all subscribers.

After years in the making, we are thrilled to share that we‘ll finally be able to host more of you! We closed on a new property, tucked in from Minnesotas North Shore, with its own private lake. We can’t wait to show you our plans for this unique property and we’ll be sharing more details soon!

Property Highlights:
🌲 26 acres in Superior National Forest
🌊 2,500+ feet of shoreline
🚣🏽‍♀️ The only private property on the lake
🎣 40 feet deep
🛶 Boundary Water access nearby

Feel free to ask any questions, but we may be a bit hush 🤫 on some of the details.

Our friends over Wolf Track Energy are giving away a four night stay to Grey Duck Cabin 🎉 Head on over to the link in their bio to find out how to enter!

If you’re interested in solar ☀️ and reducing your electric bills or minimizing your carbon footprint 👣 you won’t find a more helpful group to walk you through the process. They hurdled every obstacle we threw at them when installing our off-grid 🔋system and could not have done this cabin without their help and expertise. One of our favorite local events kicked off today, the 🐶

This 300 mile race just so happens to run right along the property. Guests can grab themselves a drink, take a walk down the driveway and watch the mushers and puppers run on by!

We have made the difficult decision to take a little break from renting for at least the next few weeks and possibly longer. ⁣🤧⁣ ⁣⁣ We were not looking forward to postponing guests stays but at this point we believe this is the best thing to do for the community and our renters to help stop the spread of this COVID sh💩t.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Thanks again for all your support, we look forward to hosting you all again soon! It’s a 600 foot hike from the cabin to the Manitou River through the private hiking trail. 🥾
