Eric is an experienced personal trainer with an AA degree in kinesiology, currently working towards a BA degree at California State University Northridge. He has a vast knowledge of physical fitness, weight management, nutrition, physical rehabilitation, and stress management. He creates a unique client-specific program to meet his client’s needs and goals whether in a one-on-one setting or a grou
p setting. He does this by listening carefully to concerns, creating custom workouts and nutritional programs to reach the client’s goals, and being available to his clients every step of the process. As a student himself, he understands that personal training can be very expensive and works with each client on a sliding scale to make the process easy and affordable.
