- Make sure to use no-fee bank cards

Don’t give banks your hard-earned money. Keep that for yourself and spend it on your travels. Get a credit card and debit card that doesn’t charge a foreign transaction fee or an ATM fee. Over the course of a long trip, the few dollars they take every time will really add up!

When traveling long distances always remember to charge your devices before you leave! If this is a concern for you invest in a portable charger as well. This way there’s no worry your phone or laptop or iPad will run out of battery life in the middle of a flight or in the airport or on a long drive 😊

It is always important to check your passport expiration date before an international trip. Most countries require at least six months of validity.

That’s 6 months from the last day of your trip! Renewal can take long and it’s best to avoid that stress before your trip!
