When you are in Magic Kingdom- there are a lot of great places to grab lunch or a snack. One of our favorite places thoug is Sleepy Hollow where you can choose between a fruit and Nutella waffle or a spicy chicken waffle.

There are a lot of things to love about the Polynesian resort!

The location is perfect! As one of the monorail resorts, it's easy to get to either Epcot or Magic Kingdom.

The decor is lively, fun, and has that perfect Polynesian island feel. The light Moana theming in the rooms is perfect for just that touch of Disney.

Dining options at this resort are fantastic! Table Service dining at 'Ohana and Kona Cafe are favorites of many guests, but if you want a quick bite, Captain Cooks' will have a great selection. Trader Sam's is one spot you won't want to skip! You will definitely find me popping into the Pineapple Lanai for a Dole Whip!

It is World Okapi Day! These beautiful animals are one of my family's favorites and you can spot them on both the safari at Animal Kingdom and on the savanna at Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Village. Do you know what Animal is the closest relative to this endangered species? You may guess the zebra due to the coloring, but it is actually the giraffe! Make sure you look for them when visiting either the parks or resort!
