I've been a chef for over 15 years and I've served or eaten every type of dish you could imagine, and the real buzz i get from cooking comes from the pleasure that only eating something absolutely delicious can bring. It might be a look on your face, a smack of your lips or a noise that come

s out without you realising, but you know that whatever you're tasting is unquestionably divine! I've loved every minute of the fast and furious day to day running of kitchens over the years, (well...nearly every minute), but I've been increasingly drawn back to what i love about cooking and eating at home. A relaxed environment and the intimate sense of creating and sharing something you love with friends and family. I aim to offer a service that allows me to share my passion with you. There are so many dishes that make us happy, that it would be senseless to offer a menu of things i want to cook for you. The beauty of hiring me as a private chef is that you can tell me what you, your friends and family love in a dining experience, and allow me to provide something bespoke, something perfect. And after all, who doesn't want to be able to enjoy the occasion and let someone else worry about the dishes!
