All Passports must be submitted to Hallmark Tours and Travels Office with detail as required
Visa & Transportation Charges are included in the above packages
Child / Infant Rates:
Same visa rates shall be charged for child
Infant below 2 years shall be charged for SR4300 Only
Accommodation charges:
Child 2 to 5 Years 50 % on sharing Packages (5-8 Beds)
Child 5 to 10 Years 75 % on Sharing packages (5-8 Beds)
For Ziarat in Makkah & Madina SR425/-Shall be charged per person
In doubtful cases approval charges shall be charged on MOFA received
In case of visa stamped, passports shall be kept in safe custody till expiry of Visa
No Self-accommodation is allowed up to 3-star hotels
Self-accommodation for 4 & 5 star hotels, SR4100/-per person shall be charged in case of self-arrangement with prior approval from Hallmark Tours and Travels offices
In case of cancellation by the passenger or rejection from the embassy after approval, shall be charged
Processing time of visa is about two weeks, excluding delay due to an emergency, closure of Saudi Embassy or Quota limitations
Hallmark Tours and Travels Group does not take any responsibility for any kind of loss occurred due to the purchase, reissue or cancellation of tickets etc.
Claim of refund, if any, may please be presented with 15 days of the return of Mutamers - No claim shall be entertained after the said period
If Agent or Pax remove the IATA sticker from passport 1000/-SR penalty will be imposed
In case of over stay 25000/-SR penalty will be imposed
All above rates are in Saudi Riyals and subject to change without prior notice
Exchange rate shall be applied for the date of realization / clearance / transfer of the payment to Hallmark Tours and Travels accounts according to Jang Newspaper
