A lot more walks, a lot less pots these days as I wait for my hand to heal up 😕.

I overextended it while throwing one day in July and had nagging pain whenever I used it after that. Fast forward 2 months and I finally found out I have hyper flexible joints and my right (dominant) thumb joint is super loose and unstable because of the way I was using it/the strain exacerbated the problem.

Taking it easy and doing daily strengthening exercises until it’s strong enough to get back to normal. Would love to hear tips on how to ease back in if there’s anyone else out there with this same predicament 🤔

Pics from a week or two ago when I was throwing a batch of bowls and tumblers for an order, they are all trimmed up and ready to bisque now. Hard to believe they will shrink this much (About 15%)!
