Hi Neighbors,
We will be modernizing our website over the next 6 weeks. I encourage you all to make sure your email addresses are in our Member database on the current website to give you easy access to the new portal. If you don't want to do that yourself, please PM me with your email address, name and property number and I will do it for you. Then you will receive all emails that are sent out to Residents. This is a very exciting undertaking. I hope you will like all of the upgrades.

Neighbors, now that it's Spring and outdoor activities are starting, a friendly reminder that if you want to make any architectural changes to your house, you must submit an architectural change request form and receive back an approval before making changes. This form is found on our website under our Virtual Management Office. It is your responsibility to make sure this happens. Thanks Neighbors! www.racewayfarms.org
