Wedding bells are in the air. 💒💍We have lots of guests staying with us whilst attending local weddings.
With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the house is set up perfectly for large family gatherings.

We are working on making improvements to the house. Including some newly painted bedrooms, artwork, bedding etc. But the exterior is also having a makeover......removing the old 70s render to reveal the gorgeous Lazonby Sandstone!

All our guests are welcomed to the house with fresh flowers, either from the garden or from local suppliers

Flowers provided by Yewbarrow Flower Farm a local flower farm right on the door step. 💐💜

Amazing country walks with spectacular scenery from the door of Garthfolds. You can't help but feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

A little dusting of the white stuff just makes things look so pretty. This photo was taken from the Sitting Room which has an access door to the back garden. Fully enclosed so safe for dogs and children to enjoy.

The large enclosed garden at Garthfolds, perfect for a relaxing al fresco breakfast on this lovely sunny morning.

Ideal for kids to play safely, adults to enjoy the view and completely enclosed so dogs can play out too!!!

Getting ready for this weekend's guests. Our welcome pack always includes a little something for our four legged guests and some extra necessities found in the fridge!!!

Doing the dishes with this view doesn't seem like such a hardship!!! 😀

It's starting to thaw out! Let's hope it warms up a little for our nexts guests. But if not the log burner (with wood from our own forest) will keep them warm

We are pet friendly and welcome up to four dogs (sometimes we can accept additional dogs if they are kennelled or small breeds etc) - please advise at time of enquiry to avoid disappointment. We do not charge for the first pet, any additional pets are charged at £25 per pet, per stay, however, discounts are offered during off-peak bookings!

We do have livestock in fields nearby - so this is worth bearing in mind as we ask that dogs are kept on leads if you are walking through fields.
