I realise that this site is usually for my Australian Adventure Passports, but for those who are unaware, I also write children's books. I have just received back from the printer my 20th book. - One Yelpy Kelpie at Phillip Island. Opening the first box of a freshly printed book goes beyond the struggle with the sticky tape. It has been a year in the making, and every word and image has been scrutinised and agonised over until I am completely satisfied with the outcome. It is so important to me that my stories not only take you on an adventure but also have rhyme and rhythm that will delight the world of a child. This is now my 20th book and feeling a tad proud.
It is also the 20th year of writing and publishing my books and the 6th One Yelpy Kelpie. Now over 200,000 sold. Thanks for all the support.
It is now available for sale on our website and will be in shops very soon.

The Big Merino, built in 1985, is a monument to Goulburn and the surrounding district’s fine wool industry. Standing 15.2 meters high, 18 meters long and weighing 97 tones at the time of construction, he is an impressive life-like model of Rambo, a stud Ram from a local property, “Bullamallita”. BUT...The Big Merino - is more than just a giant monument; it has a gift shop that stocks the finest wool collection, including Merino wool clothing to keep you warm out and about in town or on the ski slopes. Their range includes a diverse collection of luxurious superfine merino possum knitwear, from brands such as Lothlorian and Merinomink, as well as a beautiful collection of soft pure wool scarves and blankets. But besides all of that...THEY HAVE A STAMP for you to add to your Australian Adventure Passport!!!

Close your eyes and picture a true outback town, and Tibooburra is likely it. Tucked away in the northwestern corner of the state, this is one of the furthest reaches of NSW. But it’s worth the distance you’ll cover to get here – with the spectacular Sturt National Park on its doorstep, it’s a great base to explore the region’s magnificent gorges and rippling red sandhills, as well as the unique history of this former gold mining settlement.

AND, if you make your way to the Tibooburra Food and Fuel, you will find passports to purchase and this wonderful stamp to add to your collection! Tibooburra Town Tibooburra Food & Fuel
