Hmmmm upon arrival sa Ungos port..

Expectations:
1. Walang maayus na kainan for breakfast. Hindi sya mala Boracay nor Batangas port
2. Unexpected delays on boat booking but we will manage it with the help ng coordinator ko to meet the itinerary.
3. Walang maayus na tambayan sa port.

During byahe sa boat:
1. May normal na deck na may mga upuan may windows at kahoy ang upuan hindi foam
2. May meal na isserve na para lunch pero thats not part of fee na binigay nyo sakin. Thats complimentary at kasama sa boat fare.
3. Expect na di masaya ang food but its food.

Suggestions:
1. Bring your own baon for breakfast.
2. If you have portable chair pwede kayo magdala
3. Bring snacks for ~4hours boat ride
4. Playing cards will help
5. Alak may become a tool.
6. Stay at the roof deck para nakaka unat ng bongga. Walang upuan pero nakakahiga.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Where forfeiture of payments are indicated, rationale behind them is that at those times, the forfeited amount already approximates the costs that we might have already incurred. We are for win-win arrangements, and we do not want to take your money where unnecessary, and this policy was formulated in that spirit. We appreciate your full understanding and acceptance of this policy.

1. If you've fully paid for a trip and you cancel at least 7 days from a trip, 50% of what you paid is forfeited, while the remaining 50% is reusable toward OUR future trip. You may however nominate someone to take your place so that you are able to recover 100% of what you paid, but only for the same trip/schedule for which you made your payment.

2. If you've partially paid for a trip and you cancel at any time, or if you've fully paid for a trip and you cancel less than 7 days from a trip, 100% of what you paid is already forfeited except where you nominate your own replacement, but only for the same trip/schedule for which you made your payment.

3. If a trip is cancelled due to reasons of typhoons, floods, acts of God, force majeure, flight cancellations, transport problems, security issues, emergencies, and other circumstances beyond our control, 50% of what you paid is forfeited, while the remaining 50% is reusable toward our future trip If a trip pushes through but is cut-short or interrupted due to reasons of typhoons, floods, acts of God, force majeure, flight cancellations, transport problems, security issues, emergencies, and other circumstances beyond our control, the trip is deemed 'completed' and 100% of what you paid is therefore already forfeited.
