Today's travel tip:
AT the moment, we are all seeing major flight delays and cancellations. Many people are having to cancel entire trips at the very last minute because of Airline issues. When flying out to catch a cruise, please spend the extra money to fly in the day before and stay at a nearby hotel. Too many people have had to cancel their cruises the day of embarkation because their flights were delayed. It is never a smart idea to fly the same day as Embarkation. Also, when cruising, you should always have a passport, even on a closed Loop cruise. Too many things can go wrong and in the event you are left having to fly home from outside the U.S., it will be much harder without the passport. Better safe than sorry.
