I heard a lot of good things about the new Red Brick Ale House (the old Bayshore in North Cape May), so we went there for dinner. Not the least bit impressed. I ordered steak medium rare, It was well done and totally dry. I have eaten many times at Back Bay Bistro and always had a good meal, this is the same owner so I thought the same standards would apply. Again this post is based on my opinions and experience. Personally I was totally disappointed in 5 West in North Cape May. The place is looking dirty and run down. Broken things in the bathroom and very dark and dingy in the bar/restaurant area.

My pet peeve is nail salons that literally don't know what a manicure is! (Ok, it's one of my pet peeves). Have visited several in the area and leave there feeling completely at a loss as to where they went to school for this. Rio nails has become so lax, and it is showing in the way they keep the place too. Any suggestions for local nail salons?

Went to Menz Restaurant Rio Grande NJ.last night Loved i! Great atmosphere (very eclectic), friendly service and the food was out of this world. I also have to mention the wonderful bartenders, John and Mike, they made a great cocktail and were always smiling and friendly! Thanks Menz Restaurant for a wonderful evening!

Finally got to Fins in Cape May (the old Pilot House) Wow what a great treat it was! It is beautiful inside, service was excellent and the food was Out of This World! Give it a try

Went to Rusty Nail this weekend and what a disappointment! Food was well below normal, very surprising..............always had good food there before.
