These countries are: The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, the UK, Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Canada, the USA, Mexico, Poland, Israel, Palestine, Turkey, Georgia, Taiwan, Thailand, Malta, Japan. Iceland, Pakistan, Indonesia, Philipines, Cambodia, Singapore, and lived in Lithuania for five months, and Malaysia for six months. Amber established Travel Like A Local to help influence the people around her. Amber grew up in a small southern town that was very close-minded. Everyone grew up having the same cultural background. The first time she left America, she began to realize that the world was much more diverse than what she had grown up with. She traveled to Europe with a tour group and had the trip of a lifetime. When she got home from her two-week vacation she was longing to go back and see more of the world, but something was missing. She realized to truly understand the places she visits, she needs to learn more about the local people. Now Travel Like A Local is dedicated to helping others learn about cultures and giving others the opportunity to explore this world we live on! 🕯🕊The second Elizabethan age has come to its closure, and we have now entered a new chapter in the history books, the reign of King Charles III.
We will all remember where we were the moment the news was announced and speak about the days to come with friends and family for decades to come.
We’ve read and watched how the reign of a monarch comes to an end and the new one ascends the throne countless times, in school, movies and books but here we are, living in that precise moment in time that will be written about, taught in schools to future children, and made into movies for the big screen.
We will remember Elizabeth’s constant commitments to her realms, her smile, being the matriarch to her family and the love she showed to her subjects.
Elizabeth united us in celebration this summer and now unites us in grief, even in the wake of her death, she shows us that as a society we have more in common than the last few years have shown us.
We knew this day would come but nevertheless it has sent shockwaves around the world, showing in all essence that she was quite truly QUEEN OF THE WORLD.🕊🕯
