Want to go whale watching, head to Hervey Bay in the calm waters behind Fraser island. Rough seas off Bundaberg this time of year!

As another season comes to an end, we still have no approved passenger wharf in Bundaberg, we still have a local tour operator pumping sewerage from the Lady Musgrave pontoon into the ocean and no land based sewerage discharge point. We have to ask, how can this happen. Your not "Eco" friendly if you pumping raw sewerage into the Barrier Reef. Lets hope 2023 wil see things improve!!

The whale watching season is here. Don't get overcharged by the monopoly operator in Bundaberg, head to Hervey Bay where prices are competitive and service is amazing, experience is second to none and the waters are sheltered and calm. If you get sea-sick, Bundaberg is not the place to go whale watching!!

Bundaberg Whale Watching Tours

Bundaberg is a beautiful part of the world, rich with bountiful natural elements, teeming with turtles, whales, a large variety of fish and coral reefs, beautiful lazy beaches, a rich and innovative agricultural history and a gorgeous climate.

With whales sightings daily on our doorstep, Bundaberg Whales Watching Tours was set up to give Bundaberg a seasonally dedicated whale watching business. These majestic mammals migrate yearly up our coastlines giving birth to their calves, feeding them and teaching them the rituals of survival before they head back to the Great Southern Ocean. It’s always been awe inspiring to see them in their natural state and to understand their importance in the ecological chain.

I hope you get as much pleasure as we do, every time they play and bask in our glorious waters! Thank you for your support.
