It is rather unfortunate, but there are too many people meeting our representatives on the pretense of being interested to buy a cue but only want a free game. NOTE: We are a professional corporate group, hence do not make rude demands of our customers. However, we would like to request to show some respect for our representatives as they are people too. We are not an outlet for your frustrations and neither are we here for you to show distrust.
