The Butler Did It Cooking Classes One-on-one kitchen skills classes in a concentrated program to help you be an intuitive home cook. Also entertaining cooking classes for small groups.

Connecting both locals and visitors to the Seattle area with what's possible for learning about and meeting creative providers of cuisine, and the ingredients that go into that. I also offer Private cooking classes; my philosophy is teaching people to 'cook without recipes'; understanding ingredients, technique, how to shop and plan for great home-made meals in their own home. From simple braises

made with value veggies and/or meats with full flavor for a family meal, to teaching you a fabulous fancy French or Italian masterpiece menu to share with friends. 'The Butler Did It!" will teach you to do it, with confidence, pride, and skill in your own kitchen-craft.
