Did you know the Grand Canyon is only a little over two hours away from Las Vegas? During our time on the strip, we took a day trip tour that stopped at the Hoover Dam and then went straight to the west rim of the Grand Canyon. The tour even stopped at a local restaurant for a hot breakfast and provided lunch Canyon-side! We opted in for the Skywalk - a glass bridge that juts out 4300 feet over the canyon floor. We’re currently in Vegas, and just enjoyed a lovely meal at Terraza at Caesar’s, and boy was it delicious! I enjoyed the Tres Leches French Toast, and Steve tried the Barbacoa Chilequiles 😋
