【Kita Shinagawa Summer Festival 2017】
While we haven't posted for a while (sorry..!), there still has been many events going on in Shinagawa. There has been a fun event with a nice mix of local people & foreign people joining in Kita Shinagawa, hosted by Kuromon Cafe (クロモンカフェ) & Guest House Shinagawa-shuku (Guest House Shinagawa-shuku).

The event is over, but what we know is that the people at the cafe and guest house are really kind, loves the local area and are welcoming. If you've any chance to visit Tokyo, it may be fun to visit these places 😉

The wooden interior of the izakaya makes us feel comfortable as well.

「がむしゃら」のほわとろ焼きとポテサラ。 ここら辺一帯は黄色い灯りの商店街なんです。右も左も木造りのお店が多い、軽いタイムスリップ感。 昨日行った「がむしゃら」。店にいるときはおいしい料理とお酒でそればっかりでしたが、改めて写真を見るとテーブルの木目が濃くて良い感じです。
