One more thing that made our recent Disney World vacation extra special - My best friend 🐾 got to come!! ♥️ There are 4 Disney Resort Hotels that will allow you to bring up to 2 dogs to stay with you!
Disney's Art of Animation Resort, Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort, Disney's Yacht Club Resort, and Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort all have designated dog-friendly accommodations.There are fees depending on which resort you choose. Snickers was treated like a celebrity and received a complimentary Pluto's Welcome Kit with a bowl, a shiny gold tag, a mat, a drawstring bag, and some waste-disposal bags with a dispenser that clips onto his leash! It was so nice having the whole family together for our trip! 🥰🐾

BIG NEWS out of Hollywood Studios!!! 🎥🎬🤯 The Muppets are moving right along to Sunset Boulevard and taking over Rock 'n' Rollercoaster! 🎢🤯😱 I'm so glad my family got to experience Muppet Vision 3D and Rock 'n' Rollercoaster in their current forms on our trip this month, but I'm also looking forward to the new things to come!

Enter the world of Monsters, Inc. when it is added to the south side of Hollywood Studios, while The Muppets move to Sunset Boulevard.

Good morning, from Disney's Fort Wilderness! 🏕️ We're enjoying a 🍂 fall 🍁 family getaway with a relaxing stay at this beautiful 1-bedroom cabin! These cabins just opened a few months ago, and I've been so excited to try them out. They sleep 6 people with a queen bed and twin bunk beds in the bedroom + a queen-sized pull-down bed in the living room. There's a full kitchen that even has a dishwasher and a lovely little front porch! 😍

Happy National Read a Book 📚 Day from me and my friend Pooh! There are so many wonderful classic stories 📖 represented in Disney Parks, like Lewis Caroll's Alice in Wonderland and A.A. Milne's Winnie the Pooh! In recent years there have been some fun young adult and middle grade series like Kingdom Keepers, Twisted Tales, and Tales From the Haunted Mansion that are great for getting older kids excited for your Disney vacation. Reading any of these as a family would be such a fun and memorable way to pass the time as you count down the days to your trip!

If you're planning on visiting Magic Kingdom soon to say goodbye to Tom Sawyer's Island before it closes in 2025, I highly recommend listening 🎧 to the Audible Audio edition of Mark Twain's The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, narrated by Nick Offerman to enhance that experience! It's perfect for a family road trip! 📚

Beginning Sep. 9, a standby queue will be available for TRON at Magic Kingdom! It will no longer be offering a virtual queue, but guests will still have the option to purchase Lightning ⚡ Lane access for it as a Single Pass experience. Virtual queues will continue to be offered for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind!
