When we visited an elephant sanctuary in Thailand 5 years ago, our daughter loved every second of it. We knew we had to add it to our itinerary again. Both kids have already said it was one of the best things we’ve done on our trip so far!

Merry Christmas from our family to yours! It’s become a bit of a tradition to pack Santa hats for our Christmas beach picture! We almost left them behind this year since we were pushing the limits packing for 4 people in two carry-ons. And no beach, so the kayak will have to do!

Fifteen years and two kids later, we’ve returned to Cambodia. How fun to experience it all over again with kids. While we rarely return to places we’ve already been, 15 years is long enough that we’ve forgotten most of it from the first time! 😂

Amsterdam bike tour! We biked about 25 km. It was all flat, so easy for kids. Add in some apple pie and it’s a perfect family tour.
