Continuing a Faboulous custom road trip in Ireland. Continuing Day 1 and on to Day 2. This area in Ireland is now my 2nd favorite place in Ireland. Went to Clonakilty for lunch then settled done at the Inchydoney Island- at the spa in an ocean view room with a balcony. This was the luxury portion! The spa has a sea water therapy pool, sauna, steam and spa services (got my first ever pedicrue) Also, room service - two very nice restaurants, a bar, a piano bar, tea service and more. The food was wonderful!! REMEMBER: I am a Travel Consulant, if you do not have the time to plan and book your own travel - let me know, I might be able to help!! 🍀 ☘️ 🤔

I am an educated travel consultant that will research, plan and book your travel for you so you do not have to. I have to say this due to people filing complaints against me, but not the Beacon Travel they should be. We are NOT a travel club, we do NOT sell memberships for thousands for dollars and make you sign a loan agreement so you can pay for it, we do NOT have seminars giving away "free" hotel or restaurants vouchers and we DO NOT make cold calls. Please due your research before filing complaints and/or calling us. If the Beacon Travel you are working with is using our phone number, please let us know so we can file with the appropriate authorities, but please understand, ---- I work hard and NEED to work on MY clients going on awesome vacations. Thank you.

I am a Travel Consultant planning and booking travel for clients. So, when I get to go on an awesome independent travel adventure to one of my favorite places, I get to share it with my clients. This is great adventure one can take with friends or Solo! Short on vacation time? We covered a lot of ground in a short time.
A couple of months ago I went to County Cork Ireland. Day 1 Part 1
After arriving in Cork, we drove to Blarney. Spent the night at a great B&B -room above the pub 🙂 We went exploring around the Blarney Castle and Gardens. Get there early to avoid lines to kiss the stone!

Day 5 - Stopped in Cologne, Germany Fun Facts: Kolsch is the local beer of choice. Cologne is one of the oldest cities in Germany. Today it is one of the top 5 largest cities in the country. The Cologne Cathedral took 632 years to build.

Day 4 - Woke up in Kinderijk, The Netherlands. Checked out windmills and went to visit a cheese producer! Fun Facts on Kinderdijk: No one knows how "Kinderdijk" got its name (there are a couple of legends). In 1997, Kinderdijk became part of UNESCO as a world heritage treasure. Count Floris V, ruled during medieval Holland. He founded the first water board in 1277. Nobility had to work together to build the windmills and construct dikes to reduce flooding.

Club Med opened four new all-inclusive resorts in 2021 in the Seychelles, Lijiang, Québec, and La Rosière. Seventeen more are in the works, including Club Med Utah, a five-star, year-round extravaganza — their first new U.S. resort in over 20 years. Up along the Norwegian coast, Hurtigruten Norway’s Svalbard Express and North Cape Express cruises begin in June 2023, one month prior to the company’s 130-year anniversary.

A major renovation of the port in Nassau, Bahamas, is expected to be completed in early 2023. Carnival Cruise Line’s new Grand Bahama Cruise Port should be ready for us in late 2024. Disney’s Lighthouse Point is expected to welcome ships in 2024 as well. Also coming soon: Port Coral, a brand new “fully Belizean-owned” port, and Royal Caribbean’s new Perfect Day at Lelepa, on a small island in Vanuatu.

Set in the AlUla region of Saudi Arabia, Hegra, the kingdom’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, is attracting quite a bit of attention.
