If you fancy a boat trip we recommend the Papagyo Cat. It goes from Puerto Calero to Papagyo . The crew are all lovely, they have lots of toys on board for in the sea and provide all drinks of your choice and a freshly prepared tapas lunch . You can even charter the whole boat!

A luxury 2 bedroomed holiday villa in Macher, Lanzarote for the more discerning travellers. The original family wine making bodega has been transformed lovingly by ourselves into 90sqm of fully modernised space which includes 2 large bedrooms ( one can be a twin or a double) a full sized kitchen, huge lounge/diner and luxury bathroom with walk in shower. Outside there is a 50 sqm patio with private hot tub, al fresco dining area, bbq and sunbeds.

Guests can enjoy induction hob- fridge freezer-microwave-Nespresso machine-dishwasher-free wireless internet- Netflix & UK channels- flat screen smart tv-arcade games machine-safe-bathroom toiletries-luxury towels & bathrobes-beach towels-welcome pack - chilled cava- plus lots more!

Set in the tranquil fruit and vegetable garden of our home the 2500sqm allows plenty of peace for guests but a 5 min taxi takes you right into the heart of the liveliest resort on the island, Puerto Del Carmen or the upmarket yachting marina of Puerto Calero. Alternatively, guests can take the 15 min coastal walk from the house to the Old Harbour where as well as bars, restaurants and shops there are also lots of boat trips available.

Bodega La Cancela is only 10 mins from the airport so is very central for those who may want to explore the island and we can help advise you on everything there is to see and do. Car hire in this instance is advisable but the bus network is very efficient and value for money too. Alternatively, we can arrange to have bikes waiting for you on your arrival so you can explore the amazing landscape on two wheels.
