With Parchee, we hope to digitize all of the existing paper-based prescriptions and initiate the process of creating prescriptions digitally. Though the concept , commonly known as “e-prescriptions” exists in many developed nations and in certain parts of India as well, it’s not widely adopted in our country to the extent , that the masses could utilize all the potential of their own medical data.
One of the two things happens when an individual visits a doctor:
One
The individual tells the doctor about his/her problem or that/those of their kin
The doctor asks him/her to get some tests done or writes him/her a prescription or does both
The individual does one or all the said things
Hopefully, the individual or his/her kin get better
The prescription+reports REST IN PEACE in a closet/on a shelf or in extreme cases get liberated through the bin. Two
The individual tells the doctor about his/her problem or that/those of their kin
The doctor asks him/her to get some tests done or writes him/her a prescription or does both
The individual does one or all the said things
Hopefully, the individual or his/her kin get better
In case of individuals who are more careful, these prescriptions, along with the test reports etc. are well maintained in a file that still resides in a closet. Conclusion
Either way the impact of the information that those prescriptions contain is lessened. Have a single point of access to all your medical records(and those of your family) via a simple and easy to use Mobile App. Note: The data still belongs to you and only and you have the power to do anything you want with it.
2. Classify your medical records across one or many “cases”.
3. Share your medical records with any doctor you visit, using a single click.
