Punta de Mita is a short 45 minute drive from Gustavo Diaz Ordaz (Puerto Vallarta) International Airport. Many flights a day are available from the U.S. and Canada. It is located on the northern tip of the Bay of Banderas. Punta Mita is a quick 15 minute drive to the famous town of Sayulita. The many activities available in Punta Mita are one of the reasons it has become such a popular destination. Some of the activities include: surfing, boogie boarding, whale watching, snorkling, SUP, sun bathing, beach combing, golf, shopping, fishing and dining.
