Another excellent trip aboard Philippine Airlines. I was already tired since this is my third flight for the day. It’s a full pack of passengers and taking the high density airbus A330-300. I hope the management should start retrofitting this aircraft since comfort is a bit compromised with a 3-3-3 seating configuration. They use this type of aircraft on regional and middle east flights (imagine there’s no ptv for a 4-9 hours journey). However, nothing beats the service of PAL‘s flight attendants. They were always visible throughout the flight and their warm hospitality is always top-notch. Snack is green peas. with small bits of dried mango (fancy mixture of sweet & savory delight).

The way the Mactan-Cebu airport runs has truly pleased me. Even for passengers connecting domestically, they provide a seamless transfer process. From the remote stand, we boarded the bus from the parked airplane. Even the connecting passengers have their own station, which will take me directly to a specific security check before heading to the gates.

Revisiting Cagayan de Oro Airport after 5 years. They had an extended gate area dedicated for turboprop flights. Nice and neat airport. Unfortunately, no free airport wifi 😞 (11.12.24)
