Travel advice…

1. Mentally prepare yourself for travel day. Best case, they are tiring. But there can also be unexpected events… flight delays, traffic, long customs lines. These are things you can’t control so pack your patience and keep a positive attitude.

2. Don’t allow yourself to form opinions about your vacation/destination/resort until day 2. By the time you reach your destination, let’s face it, you’re probably tired and hangry. Eat, sleep and then judge away 😅

How’s our travel day going you ask? Well, on the way to the airport my car’s AC went out. Then our prepaid parking lot was coned off (they did manually let us in). And now our flight is delayed 🧘‍♀️ 😆

Thanks to our gracious host, Luke Majewski, we were able to stay at Unico 20°87° with some of our amazing agents this week! The resort is stunning with great service and fancy foods as well as craft cocktails. We also toured Hard Rock Riviera Maya. We go so you know! (Full review in the works!)

POV: You’re checking swimming with the pigs off your bucket list and it’s actually terrifying 😆 I was bruised and scratched but have no regrets! Things to know… 1. It’s worth doing one time! It’s a super unique experience! (And this excursion included so much more) 2. I wouldn’t take small kids (the pigs are HUGE, and while they’re not aggressive, they think you have treats so they get up on you) 3. This experience can only be done in Exuma, Bahamas.
