Didn't really get any before photos on this one apart from when small higher level slabs were removed. Massive paved area extension now complete.turfing done today in the lovely British weather

Job just finished for a great local couple. Been a real pleasure. Fencing, water features, stone sleepers,Hedge removal ,raised beds and imported soil and stone, came in under labour budget and under time anticipated with extra work thrown in. Enjoyed this one. Shame all of the plants haven't arrived ,but we will be back to plant

Just waiting for the composite tongue and groove cladding to arrive in the country to complete the work on what was an old garage with an asbestos roof.
Will be a workshop with woodstore and fibre glass roof once the cladding is complete.
Internal walls lined with osb to allow easy future fixings for tools etc. Timber decking used to form the woodstore floor with plenty of shelving for storage.
We have also installed a new double access vehicle gate with a pedestrian gate to one side.

Couple of pics of some smaller jobs recently done. Replace rotten wooden deck and bearers with new composite and relocation of existing units, scaff board worktops and a bit of tiling

Trying to keep everyone happy. Running well behind from a lot of jobs adding extra work ,so we've split up this week for a bit. Kitchens with scaff boards for units and worktops , tiling and plumbing then removing hedges, building fences and battening out for new modern look. Sun's out. Keep on slogging.

Finally got chance to take some photos of some finished jobs that we've done recently. Thanks to psh electrics for sorting the lighting strip that was fitted to the rebate we made in the sleepers on the first set of pics. Looks great

The outside room is progressing well. Tomorrow we will fix 18mm osb ply over the tongue and groove roof and then hopefully the grp waterproof covering will go on. Sedum /living roof will be applied after

Tomorrow we start a large job, jetwashing and sealing paving, building an outside room with a living roof and a garage conversion to a workshop and log store. Looking forward to this one. Love something different

New job. The existing fence was a wooden post fence clad in 6 x2. The timber was rotting from the back from being in contact with soil. We've removed all the old fence and posts, replaced the posts with concrete with a gravel board, cut all suitable existing timber to fit between new posts after applying black jack to the back and removed all rotten sections.The post centres were reduced to allow cutting the ends of the 6 x2 to sound timber.
The grass bank was supported by rotting logs. These have been removed and replaced with sleepers that are pinned and black jacked. New composite boards to replace wooden decking tomorrow

Lewis has been going fencing crazy on his own, while I took some time out and got some other stuff done.
Not the easiest job with the incline, tree roots and boulders.

Playing around with a roof for a porch. Handed back over to roofer now rotten timbers have been replaced and new facias put on. We will put new soffit boards on once roof is watertight

Last tonne of slate went on this one before concreting on another job this morning. Planters and steps added to extend the usable space on this garden.
Putting 3 t of topsoil into the planters was not fun exercise on what was a rainy day.
We have built secure sheds and a decking area too, but due to delivery issues ,the composite decking isnt due in till the end of the month.
Will be a great space when complete though

Another busy week . Well on with this one and will complete ahead of programme and below price. Pergola built today. More pales to add when they are delivered on Tuesday.
Levelling up and making a more usable garden space. We have used the material dug out from all the posts to backfill behind the sleeper wall and raise the low corner by 600mm

Another ticked off the list. Patience is a virtue so I guess our clients are virtuous as they have had to wait a good while for the soil to dry out enough to get the turf done on this one. After and before pics and I actually remembered this time

Pleasure of finishing this one today. Just sorting out pipework to waterfalls in the triple ponds
Almost finished Julie Jackson. We opened this room up last year and closed up an arch to the front room. We have created a raised and covered decked area leading from this room in the past . Now we are almost finished with installing this beautiful kitchen with a navy island. Been very enjoyable
