In addition to the main house are two separate ocean front annexes which can be accessed from the wraparound balcony and sit either side of the main house (named Leeward and Windward in recognition of the trade winds that sweep across the bay). Both annexes have their own galley kitchens and luxury bathroom facilities with French Doors leading out from each of the bedrooms giving east and west sea views. These units are only rented with the main house.
