This is the chaser bin tractor, it gets the seeds out of the harvester and puts them in the truck or massive bags.

The canola harvest begins on the grech farm, crazy to think this little seed hold 40% oil, and as you can see they are tiny, so next time you use canola oil just think about how many seeds it takes.

Here are some pics of the wheat cotton and canola farm im currently working on in Narromine NSW
You will see the irrigation setup which is massive huge pumps that pump the water around the farm to water channels, on which we place black pipe and siphon into each row.

Teaching Reg how to catch yabbies......we must of caught at least 400 Blue claw yabbies in a week. Reg learnt a lesson " always listen to a pommie as they know best."

During our time in Talwood we met a beautiful couple Reg & Julie Finlay. They have become good friends to gem and i sharing many of tail of yabbie to cold beers at the pub. If your ever looking for an easy game of pool Reg is always keen to loose. Sometimes in life you meet people and you feel like you have known each other a life time, well thats how we feel about these two. Our paths will cross again and we are looking forward to spending more time with the Black fella and fatty. xx
