It is very well known that the famous Greek- Polish Opera Singer Trapezanidou Skrzeszewska adores Kos island. It is also well known that Michal Grudzinski, her husband, wants to stay permanently at Kos. What is not well known, is that since yesterday they are both honorary citizens of Kos, for their love and efforts in promoting our island not only in Poland but also in Germany and Italy. We are very proud for them!

The entire Helios Team visited Kos Airport and had the honor to welcome the passengers of the first two charter flights for the upcoming season, - from Cologne and Düsseldorf in Germany - offering them their hug and a promise for an unforgettable lifetime enjoyment.

Austrian culture is known for its characteristic way of enjoying life (Gemutlichkeit), art, strong coffee, healthy lifestyles, and sports. But Austria could also be the most musical country in the world, as no other country can claim such an impressive history of major composers. Well it seems that history continues to nurture and inspire today's creatives. Wolfgang and Ingrid Schneps have visited us in Mastichari. Their love for our village was as significant as their love for music. They have sent us some of their CD's with their promise of visiting us again next year!
