How to ask asylum in Netherlands ??
First : if you are inside the country , You need to go to the nearest police office and tell them that you want to request the asylum .
The police will give you one ticket valid for one day for the trains and the metro and they will give you the map where you should go, They will ask you to go to the city of Ter Apel , Near the border of Germany at the north of Netherlands.
In the city of Ter Apel , You need to go to the immigration and naturalization service (IDN) and make your request for the asylum .
In the same day when you request asylum , the (IND) give you a place where you can sleep and foods , They give you one bed in shared room if you are alone and big room if you are with your family .
In the second day , You need to go to the police office , The police check all your clothes and your package , The police also take your fingers prints , And make a small interview with you , They ask you how you came to Netherlands , The police keep your phones and laptops in the police office until the check finishs and maybe the check of your phones and laptops and flash disks take from one week until two months.
The police will give you a paper contain your photo , and information about all finger prints that you had take in other Dublin countries.
In the third day , You will make new interview but with a judge of the Immigration (IND) , The judge will ask you why you ask asylum also how you came to Netherlands .
If you had finger prints in other Dublin country , The Netherlands will send you back to that country but after your first country of the finger prints accept you , The communication between Netherlands and the country of your first finger prints take until forty days , So maybe you will get the first refuse of your asylum after forty days , At that time you need to go out from the Netherlands or made appeal in the court.
After you finish the two interviews in Ter Apel , The IND will change you to a refuge of refugees in other cities in Netherlands.
Just after you go to your new refuge you will get one hundred and twenty euro , For buying the stuff of the kitchen , And every week you get fifty eigth euro for buying foods , Because , You need to cook for yourself .
In the new refuge , you get free hosting , and tickets of train if you have medical appoitments or appitments in the court or with lawyer.
The school is free just for boys under eighteen , The younger people need to pay the school if wishing to study Dutch language.
After you get the first refuse , You need to make appeal in the court , The appeal can take until two months .
If you get the second refuse , You need to go out from Netherlands , And you can make the appeal from outside Netherlands , You are not obligated to stay inside Netherlands .
It's better to go out from Netherlands if you get the second refuse by yourself because if you don't do that , The police will came to the refuge and take you by force to the airport and send you back to the country of your first finger prints or your home country.
If the IND accept your asylum request , The IND change you from the refuge to external individual house and they give you nine hundred and sixty euro monthly , But this process can take until one year , Because IND will make other two interviews with you .
