The stunning 3-bedroom, three-story townhome has been renovated top to bottom to tastefully blend high-quality updates with Guatemalan design and handicrafts.
Known as Casa Del Cielo (House of the Sky), the home’s key feature is the expansive rooftop with jaw-dropping views of 3 volcanos and the peaceful greenery of a coffee farm.

THE HOUSE IS ON 3 LEVELS:
LEVEL 1: You find a shady patio, living room with smart TV, dining room (seats 😎, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, washer/dryer, powder room, and BR #1 with single bed, private bath and separate entrance.
LEVEL 2 has a den, the master suite with shower and soaking tub, BR #2 with either a King bed or 2 twin beds, and shared bathroom.
LEVEL 3 is the gorgeous rooftop with incredible views of 3 volcanos and the tranquil greenery of a coffee farm where you can enjoy the dining table (seats 6-8), bar, and comfy sofas.
There is WiFi throughout the house, including the rooftop. There is also a parking space inside the gate available on request.
The house is in a safe gated community, 7 blocks from Central Park ("Parque Central") downtown where you can explore restaurants, cafes, shops, tours, and local markets.
