My Story

An author of hospitality books, trained by the Royal Butler of Prince Charles and Princess Diana and an Asean Master Trainer, I have created service design and butler programs for the prestigious institutions like Galaxy Hotel in Macau, Amanpuri (Aman Property in Phuket, Thailand), Diamond Hotel, Bright Future (Leading butler school in China) and St Luke Hospital in BGC to name a few.

Presently, I am doing the management consultancy and service design for G Executive Hotel Boracay; a smart hotel located in Station 3 and now ranked 13th out of 151 hotels in Boracay in just a few months. I also am doing the management consultancy and service design for Balai ni Manuel and Maria; a boutique hotel located at the heart of San Fernando, La Union.

As the Director of Service Strategy for BJB Learning Curve, am in charge of developing excellent customer experience touch points and heads the Business Seminar department of the company as well.

I am the lead developer of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA); the Philippines' vocational-technical agency in the development of the Training regulation for Front office in NC2, NC3, NC4 and Diploma. I also provide training to grassroots and targeted groups in coordination with the Department of Tourism of the Philippines.
