Hey friends from around the world 👫🌏💚
We have something exciting to share with you...
Like many of you, covid shut down our travels for a while so we've created a little something to keep us on the road in our homeland, New Zealand.
A lot of you know how much we looove making pizza (and eating it 🤣🍕) so we've built Drifters Pizza - our very own wood fired pizza truck - to cruise around and share the pizza love with everybody! She's got a few finishing touches to go but she's almost ready to hit the road!
Check out our page Drifters Pizza, give us a like and a follow...we're so grateful for your support!
Things are about to get real cheesy up in here 🤤🍕🧀❤

I'm sorry but this is the fattest flippin monkey we have ever seen. Lay off the paani poori bro. How you going to climb a tree like that? If this was Family Guy you'd be Peter Griffin. You're supposed to be on a plant based diet..

☆ Exploring Delhi • Day 1.......
Pat a dog outside the airport, duh, got to our hostel, ate a falafel wrap and stuffed kulcha, drank a masala chai, then slept for like 36 hours after travelling for 2 days to get here...
Traveler Tip: don't go to the airport taxis, they'll rip you off, go to the pre-paid taxi counter and make sure you have your maps downloaded and directions on you or even the pre paid taxi will scam you. The friendly locals say Uber is your best bet 👍🏼
☆ Exploring Delhi • Day 2.......
Cows and puppies EVERYWHERE. The Indian people treat the animals with such respect here, it' so nice to see, leaving out food, water and blankets. Cows even legally have the right of way on the roads 🐄🐃 and most of them love a good pat...like giant puppies 😊...with massive horns...
Walked through the B10 Markets and got some spicy noodles, not spicy enough for Kane though. Fought our way to the alcohol counter to get some beers and whisky, just for fun - here it's basically go hard, or go home...whats a line? Video to come...
Beer Tasting No. 1 - The Godfather 8/10 if you like a good, strong beer.
Traveler Tip: hold onto your beanie when walking under trees.
Then we head, by recommendation, to the Ambience Mall...which is just like every other consumerist mall in the world so no excitement there. So we went to a rock bar. Playing in the background 🎵...It's something unpredictable, but in the end it's right, I hope you have the tiiime of your liiife...🎵(pretty accurate with our current life situation). Then came Beer Tasting No. 2 - White Owl, with its soft citrus notes it's an 7/10 for the sweet tooth and a 2/10 if you're Terry Tough Nuts. So Kane's a Terry Tough Nuts and decided to top them both up with a bottle of whisky....that led to a whole other chain of events...
Decided to walk home, not realising how far we'd walked in the first place, getting lost amongst the excitement, then saw a motorbike crash, freaked out, but then he was completely ok so gave him a hug and carried along...shaking.
Chels thought it was a good idea to take a shortcut through one of the gated communities...Chels has some really good ideas after a couple of beers and whiskeys...Chels also says she can read maps even though she can't really, but she's stubborn because of equal rights and all...Chels decided we should climb a wall and through a barbed wire fence. Don't be like Chels. Walked in drunken circles for 3 laps until a local came out with her unicorn slippers and ordered us an Uber back to the hostel. Thank you unicorn slipper lady...Karma is coming your way 🙏🏽
2 bottles of water later and wouldn't ya know it we wake up and it's the next day!.....stay tuned...
P.S. Mum, Dad, I am a responsible adult. 😇
21/01/2020
Everyone always asks, "So where are you going next?" or "So what are your plans now that you're here?" and think we're irresponsible or reckless, even crazy when we say "We don't know...💁🏼♀️💁🏽♂️😊?".
You meet so many people along the way on your travels, hear about so many amazing places, and you never know what could change. So why make a plan? Why stick to one route? Be spontaneous and decide on your next adventure as soon as your heart is feeling the push for a change.
So here we are, with a 1 year Visa for India. 3 weeks ago, in Portugal, we had no idea we'd be here.
And now...adventure awaits!

The flight over from Lisbon to Doha, then Doha to Delhi with Qatar Airways 😍✈
No filters in these pictures, just the beautiful window tints on the plane.
The service was amazing! Economy felt like business class. Everyone had a blanket and pillow on their seats waiting for them, plus a little pouch of earplugs, eyemasks, socks, cocoa lip balm, toothbrush & paste. The seats, which we were able to pre-select online, were sooo comfortable, adjusted right back. There was such a great variety of movies, music etc. to choose from for in flight entertainment. I watched "The Peanut Butter Falcon" which was a well made and touching story 💛
The menu looked amazing but we loved our pre requested and delicious vegan meals 😚👌🏼 and ever flowing brandy and baileys (just to calm the flight nerves of course 😉).
The only thing I could reccomend is less use of plastic. I understand there may be certain hygiene conditions to abide by...but it would be great to see something more eco friendly and sustainable worked on in the future ♻️✅🌏
Qatar Airways out did every other airline we've ever flown with, not just because of their amazing service and comfort, but the prices were the best on the net and with a 30kg baggage allowance + 7kg carry on + handbag we were in with a grin!
A very special thanks to Alberto and Jamie from flight QR342 on 16•Jan•2020 Lisboa to Doha, for your warm, friendly smiles and incredible service! Qatar Airways is lucky to have you both on board! 😊👌🏼💛
We will definitely choose Qatar Airways first in the future ✈ 💯

Here's what you can do to help the burning, ravaged Amazon rainforest - James Pasley, Business Insider
- Almost 73,000 fires have been recorded in the Amazon rainforest this year — nearly double 2018's total of about 40,000 fires. It's a record high.
- The fires come from humans — it's the time of the year when farmers use fire to clear land — but hot, dry conditions mean fires are spreading, and President Jair Bolsonaro is actively not trying to help.
This year, between January and August, almost 73,000 fires have been recorded, which is nearly double 2018's total of nearly 40,000 fires. It's a record high. Since Thursday, almost 10,000 new fires have started.
One of the reasons for the massive increase in fires is human activity, and Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro does not care. Dismissing concerns about the amount of fires in the Amazon, he said, "I used to be called Captain Chainsaw. Now I am Nero, setting the Amazon aflame."
He said it was just the time of the year when farmers use fire to clear land. Since taking power, Bolsonaro has also hampered what government agencies can do to protect the rainforest.
The fires have created a layer of smoke estimated to be 1.2 million square miles wide, and the loss of forest is devastating for mitigating global warming. The rainforest is meant to absorb carbon, not produce it.
And while it might seem overwhelming and devastating, and far removed from everyday life, there are things that can be done. Here are some ways you (and Logan Paul) can make a difference.
1. Educate yourself and others
You can learn more about the crisis from official sources and educate friends and family on all the details. The more people know about how serious the crisis is, the more that can be done.
For those who can read Portuguese, there's Brazil's National Institute for Space Research, which uses satellite imagery and records the number of wildfires. Otherwise, InfoAmazonia has a map showing fires that are burning in Brazil. Another feature it offers is a map that lets you compare your location with the Amazon deforestation.
2. Reduce, reuse, recycle
It's also worth learning what can be done in your day-to-day life, which can have lasting effects on the rainforest — like reducing the amount of paper and wood you use.
A lot of paper comes from trees chopped down in the Amazon. Less demand, in theory, means less deforestation.
3. Donate to a charity
Six charities that work to help the Amazon rainforest have received at least three out of four stars from Charity Navigator, a nonprofit that rates charities on their accountability and financial management.
While it's probably not a good idea to volunteer to actually fight the fires, unless you're a trained firefighter, there are other ways to make a difference. Contact any of the charities listed in the previous slide and ask them what you can do.
These charities can, and do, make a difference.
In the late 1980s, Rainforest Action Network launched a campaign demanding that Burger King stop importing cheap beef from tropical rainforest areas, and the fast-food chain actually stopped — it canceled $35 million worth of beef contracts. More recently, the organization has targeted Halloween candy made from palm oil.
5. Make your voice heard
You can call, email, or write to your elected officials or the US State Department and encourage them to act the way you would like them to, to raise this issue in their official roles.
The burning and deforestation of the Amazon rainforest will have lasting effects on the global climate. It might be in a different country, but members of Congress can still take action.
And while you wait to see their responses, you can be vocal online. and are trending hashtags on the issue.

Earth is on fire. Here are some ways you can help from wherever you are on our burning planet. 🌏🔥🌑
If you have anything to add, please please do, and share. One person can't save the planet but together we can. Let's go viral and help to educate each other and as many people as we can on how to save our planet. Less criticism. More action.
👣 Head to Amazon Watch, which supports and protects indigenous peoples in the Amazon Basin and helps preserve the ecosystem. https://amazonwatch.org/
The largest remaining rainforest is an important solution against climate change – for all of us. Tell the Brazilian government to save the Amazon rainforest and protect the lands of Indigenous and traditional communities.

Take that leap of faith! Breathe, release, and jump...
🌊🌊🌊
The longer you stall the more excuses you'll give yourself. You might be nervous, afraid, worried about the safety you're leaving behind but once you jump and immerse yourself in the waters of change, you'll see what an invigorating experience life can be and you'll want to jump again, and again!

Save the Street Dogs of Montenegro
These are some of the puppies on the street we are trying to save currently...as you can see they are suffering and in an awful condition. They can be saved, but we need help to do so. Please donate here towards treatment for their skin conditions and parasites and to put them in paid foster care so they can be treated and won't be running around on the street where they can be poisoned, run over and abused by locals... https://www.gofundme.com/save-the-dogs-of-montenegro

Our Story
We are Chelsea & Kane, originally from New Zealand, young, free and living on the road, wherever our life of travel takes us, all while making a charitable change everywhere in the world we set foot…
When we first met we were instantly drawn to each other. We were both happy souls, but had always felt something was missing in life so we inspired each other to find out what that was. We were hungry for change and seeking adventure and freedom. We wanted to explore new places, understand different cultures and experience a new way of life, so we fed the spontaneity in each other and pushed the limits until there were none.
The key to this is – not to be owned by what you own. So we quit our jobs, sold all of our belongings and bought a one way ticket. We grabbed our packs and didn’t look back…
We have learned that travelling helps break the barriers that society built for us. Once you leave and see the world from a different cultural perspective your mindset will most definitely change too. We don’t care if this sounds cheesy - we found ourselves and discovered our true desires in life after leaving all that we thought we were behind. Now we want to live only to help others, help animals, educate, and save our beautiful planet, in any way we can.
If this rings true to you then what the f*ck are you waiting for?! You don’t need to plan everything. The fun is in the fact that you could end up anywhere or do anything, with anyone, and create a real change in the world.
Don’t worry about the details, they’re just a delay, get your ticket and fly away…
