Our properties are either marketed for sale or rent. Most of our properties are rehabbed or upgraded after purchase before being offered for rent or sale. Any rehabbed property purchased or rented from us, the owner or Tenant can rest easy knowing that behind all the stunning architectural details and modern upgrades the home boasts, that it's also structurally sound. This is because during the rehab process we are sure to address any flaws and improve upon how the home functions at its core. Once rented, our properties are manage by the Aklipse Property Management Division. With over 100 years of real estate and construction experience combine with all of the key members of our team and over 14 years of operation, you can trust us to take care of your every real estate need.
