The Director of Collaborative Concepts, Bruce Whitman, is a military veteran and former law enforcement official who has successfully served the public for nearly 23 years. The genuine desire to facilitate growth and development of others has been a distinct trademark throughout his career. After a series of successful assignments that involved the betterment of others, Bruce has sought a doctorate degree in conflict analysis and resolution to broaden his knowledge of human behavior. The academic work is a strong compliment to his practical multicultural experiences and has simultaneously sparked the exploration of new approaches to conflict management. Bruce is committed personally and professionally to organizational and individual development. He believes that the wealth of any organization exudes from the individuals within it. Tapping into the resources of an organization’s human element can uncover important issues that may be the key to organizational mobility. Collaborative Concepts will employ a series of activities that will analyze and evaluate current conditions; highlight dispositions that breed conflict; and seek out and identify existing conflicts to include any covert level issues.
