不分區國際光點 International Spotlight Nationwide 交通部觀光局不分區國際光點計畫，是針對國際旅客具有獨有特色與魅力的「台灣好品聚落」，整合活化升級為「GIFT聚落」，以強化台灣觀光國際競爭力及提高旅客重遊率．

The Tourism Bureau’s International Spotlight Nationwide plan is to tap into the unique charm of “MIT Village” goods, with science and technology linking together regional growth then rising to the “GIFT Village” (GIFT: Good Inspiration From Taiwan), strengthening Taiwan's international tourism competiveness, and raising revisiting rates of tourists to Taiwan. Including the six major villages of: I

lan Nanao's natural fields; Taoyuan Fuxing's hometown quality fruit; Nantou Puli's art of paper making; Nantou Lugu's quality tea; Kaohsiung Meinung's quality Hakka art; as well as Liuqiu's quality fish from the Kuroshio current. With science and technology paired with tourism, and each village's effective management of local tourist resources provide international tourists with an independent and flexible travel itinerary. With this put forth a close to the ground and learn by seeing experience, also through working holidays and contracted farming method they will naturally become friends of Taiwan.
