Recently, Yannick de Jager a Dutch Surfer was in Sardinia. The Italian surf news website SurferCorner.it have published a little video of some of the waves that Yannick caught there. Below is a rough translation of what they had to say.
Sometimes you are in the right spot at the right time for a good session.
The Dutchman, Yannick de Jager was in that spot on the West Coast of Sardinia. Having the opportunity to surf with experienced surfers at your home break does have its advantages.
Even when you think its poor conditions, The pros can show us that even on your home break, you can do things that you thought were impossible. Like slipping into a barrel section that closes out on you and coming out, instead of going around it.
