Big announcements for MY Happiest Place on Earth today!

First - Disneyland officially celebrates its 70th Anniversary on July 17th, 2025, but the party will get started on May 16 and roll into Summer 2026. Expect special decorations, entertainment, yummy treats and special merchandise.

A new PROMOTIONAL RATE is valid for select nights May 16 - September 26 with a minimum 4-night stay.

At Disneyland Park:

Star Wars Season of the Force returns to Disneyland Park from March 28 - May 11 with Fire of the Rising Moons returning to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.

Debuting May 16th in the Main Street Opera House will be the new Walt Disney - A Magical Life featuring the first animatronic of Walt Disney himself.

The Paint the Night Parade will return to Disneyland Park sometime in the summer.

Holidays at the Disneyland Resort kick off November 14 and run through January 7, 2026. And remember - the Nightmare Before Christmas overlay on the Haunted Mansion starts in late August and runs through January 7, as well!

At California Adventure:

The World of Color at California Adventure will become World of COLOR Happiness with the help of Inside Out and other Disney favorites.

Lunar New Year runs January 17 - February 16 at California Adventure.

The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival runs from February 28 - April 21.

Halloween Time runs August 22 - October 31 with Oogie Boogie party dates already being announced (although not yet on sale).

Some of my favorite trips ever were taken as a Mom and Me trip with my kids. Whether it's a trip to L.A. to visit our favorite museums, a road trip down to college or a fun long weekend at the theme parks, it's that one on one time when all my attention is focused on them that I have always truly loved.

For so many of us, the best memories with our families aren’t necessarily grand vacations but the small moments, the shared laughs, and the quiet talks we didn’t even plan. There’s something truly wonderful about those one-on-one moments, especially when that time is spent somewhere as magical...

Universal Orlando has announced the official opening date for Epic Universe - May 22, 2025! I know we have all been anxiously awaiting the details!

Resort packages and tickets will be available to book starting tomorrow, October 22.

I got to see a sneak preview of the different lands when I was in Orlando last month. The portals will open to Celestial Park, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk, and (the one I'm most excited for) Dark Universe.

There will also be a gorgeous new hotel that will be opening just at the edge of the new park - Universal Helios Grand Hotel.

Starting Oct. 30, 2024, Walt Disney World will begin piloting the rollout of Lightning Lane Premier Pass. This additional option will be available daily for Guests staying at Disney Deluxe Resorts, Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, and other select Resorts.✨

For all my friends and family back home in Los Angeles, Royal Caribbean is now sailing out of Los Angeles on 2 to 16 night itineraries!
