Studio Fromont is a delightful place, ideal for 2 people comprising: a living room (with TV, British channels), a bedroom with twin beds, a kitchen and a shower room. The studio has a terrace for relaxing and dining alfresco. From here you have the same stunning view as well as from the infinity swimming pool (10 x 6m, shared with the guests of Villa Gourios max. 4 people).

The studio is situated separated from the owners´ property and at some distance of Villa Gourios (4 people; combination of both gites is possible).
Also from the fabulous swimming pool (10m x 6m) you will be able to enjoy the stunning view. There is a poolside shower.
The area is ideal for lovers of the countryside and wild-life, bird-watchers, photographers, walkers or for fairly serious cyclists as the immediate area is quite hilly.

Spacious and comfortable holiday house (vacation home) in the center of a quiet village, known for its delicious wines.

This gite (cottage) used to be a horse stable, hence the name "Mangeoire" and it was tastefully renovated into a modern and spacious house. Ideal location to explore the region, only half an hour to 45 minutes driving to the beaches as well as to airports like Carcassonne and Toulouse (1,5 hour).

The house comfortably sleeps up to 7 people.

Villa Gourios is een smaakvol ingerichte bungalow, gelegen op enige afstand van het hoofdhuis.

Het huis bestaat uit een woonkamer, met o.a een 2-persoons slaapbank, en een aangrenzende open keuken.
Verder is er een slaapkamer met een Lits-Jumeaux en een aparte badkamer met do**he en toilet.

Er is een TV, koelkast ,magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, combi-fornuis met oven en gebruik van wasmachine is mogelijk.

Sneak preview of the most spacious house of Domaine La Flotte (House in de middle, part of Le Petit Château)

"Maison Syrah", (8 sleeps ) is the biggest house, very well suitable for conferences, meetings, workshops, etc. You enter at the back into the hall-way. Here are the stairs to the first and second floor. If you go left, you come into the spacious living-room. Two large arched doors lead to the terrace with view to the apple and nut trees. At the back side there is the kitchen, the room for the washing machine and the toilet. In the centre there is a large table for up to 8 persons. On the first as well as on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom and round shower.

House Marsanne

Sneak preview of the house Marsanne.

"Maison Marsanne", (sleeps 4) has its entrance on the side. You come into the kitchen and on your right you will see the dining-place (6 persons) and the living-room with large arched doors on the side and in front, leading to the terrace. There is a small room for the washing machine. In the hall-way there is a toilet and the stairs that lead to the first floor, where you will find the 2 bedrooms each with their own shower room with toilet and wash-bowl.

Domaine La Flotte is een landgoed van ongeveer 40 ha, gelegen op de Col de La Flotte.
De hier aanwezige ruïnes werden door de eigenaar zelf schitterend ontworpen en verbouwd tot
4 luxueus ingerichte woningen. Een eindje verder op het terrein is het 5e huis gelegen. Samen vormen zij Domaine La Flotte, een schitterende groepsaccomodatie tot maximaal 25 personen.

Tip van de week: korte prachtige wandeling in de buurt van Domaine La Flotte:
"Chemin de Labade".

Vertrekpunt: Kasteel Caudeval.
Moeilijkheidsgraad: heel makkelijk
Tijd: 1u30min
Afstand: 4km
Hoogteverschil: 160m

Deze wandeling domineert de vallei van Ambronne en het oude landhuis van Caudeval . Het kasteel heeft nog steeds de bouwelementen uit de twaalfde eeuw.
Deze vallei, waar vroeger de spoorweg langs liep, heeft grote agrarische transformaties gekent. Vanaf het hoogste punt , strekt het uitzicht 360 graden, over de Quercorb , de Razes en verderop de Zwarte Bergen en de Pyreneeën .

Départ du château de Caudeval.

Cette promenade domine le val d’Ambronne et l’ancienne bastide de Caudeval. Le château possède encore des éléments de construction du XIIe siècle. Cette vallée, autrefois empruntée par le chemin de fer, a connu de grandes transformations agricoles. Du point haut, le regard embrasse le Quercorb, le Razès et plus loin la Montagne Noire et les Pyrénées.

Het versterkte dorp Camon, bijgenaamd het kleine Carcassonne en uitgestrooid rond zijn oude benedictijnenabdij, is geklasseerd als één van de mooiste dorpen van Frankrijk (Ook wel bekend als 'het dorp van de honderd rozen'). De Uurwerktoren, het hoge huis, de stadwallen, het abdijkasteel of nog de kerk uit de 16e eeuw zijn maar enkele van de te ontdekken trekpleisters.
