We strive to give customers a product they have asked for and can enjoy for years. This project grew in size more than a few times during construction, a difficult transition of roof lines meeting in the center of the house was challenging, but with great subcontracting roofers we were able to install a flat roof that is extremely waterproof.

Eliminated a load bearing wall and 1.5" of tile and subfloor. Flooring company did the floor moved some mechanics, added crown all around. Added some much needed lighting, and installed the live edge countertop wet bar.
