From the previous night feast at AOE to the traditional Danish open sandwich this morning somehow I managed to eat these later in the afternoon before my flight later that night to Africa at

Really surprised and highly recommend visiting. The open outdoor area is obviously only available in the summer for good reason but try to come check it out. Food was great atmosphere incredible and the staff were amazing.

Noteworthy dish was the beets and caviar dish. @ Søllerød Kro

Continuing my thru I ventured to try

AOC I feel deserves it's and the rating is accurate. AOC is my second favorite restaurant in Copenhagen after

AOC is ranked 35 on the Europe list.

Unfortunately Instagram only allows up to ten photos per carousel so I can’t show you all of the delicious dishes. Noteworthy mention which is not posted is the bread. Hands down the best bread and butter I’ve had in a long time. Props to AOC for baking such amazing bread and a pity I can’t upload the pic.

All dishes were on point and I didn’t think anything was weak. I especially liked the . @ Restaurant AOC - aarø & co.

Whenever I am in I visit Jeff ( ) everyday to keep me properly nourished with the fishbowl (1st pic). And caffeinated. This time Jeff had an amazing anaerobic fermentation Ethiopian bean from . Jeff from is a master barista and whipped up several different ways to drink the espresso including a slightly longer pull that upped the “wine” element of the coffee.

On days that I trained with weights I also ate sweets cooked by the talented Yuki Chan. I tried the cookie and the cardamom roll. Both were fantastic.

Quite possibly the best brunch I've ever had! is a small cafe run by husband wife team with a very talented chef in the kitchen this small cafe seats only around 20 people tops. If you're in Amsterdam I highly recommend it. @ Gartine

the city of good the city where things work and make sense. Amsterdam is to me an improved version of English countries that's better and works.

Lots of great in this city and oh so nice .

This is a take on eggs Benedict from add the special yogurt with spice. Wow it works. I got extra smoked salmon on the side since I can never decide on ham or salmon. Why not have both?

第3 #コペンハーゲンで食べた #グルメ #コペンハーゲングルメはgeraniumだった。geraniumは3つ星。

This meal was the best meal I've had this year. I'm ranking it on flavor, depth, creativity, and overall appeal. My only slight issue is the high cost but if you're playing on this level you gotta be prepared to pay.

今回は今年の一番好き。ランキングのファクターは全体的、味、旨味、深み、クリエティブ、創作的。ダウンサイドは値段が高いけど、このレベルまでいくとお金払う覚悟で行かなきゃ。

First off I got the because when you can try the best caviar in the world why not? It added 100 EUR.

The wine selection is stellar and despite the strange Denmark wine tax that taxes inventory annually they have a very impressive cellar.

Geranium has lots and lots of small plates that didn't disappoint. The main was a kind of a lamb sausage that was super tender and served with truffle.

いろいろタパスみたいな小さいものが出てきて、全て味よかった。今回のメインはラムのソーセージみたいな感じ。柔らかくてトリフかけてた。

The desserts were amazing and out of this world. The only thing that wasnt amazing was the bread collection. They should up their bread game. Then they would deserve four stars 😂😂

Continuing my in I visited next. And man was I blown away by how good it was. OAD has it ranked in 111th place in all of Europe and it doesn't have a star. When I found out I was astonished. I couldn't believe it. Amass was my 3rd favorite in Copenhagen.

まだ #ミシュラン与えなくて本当に驚いた。2つ星みたいなところのに。に載せてるけど。 #グルメの中で俺のトップ3に入る。

From the starter amass take on chips and dip to the potato bread amass didn't disappoint at all.

前菜からパンまで全て本当に美味しかった。

Amass philosophy is to use local ingredients and reuse the throw away trade vegetables that other places throw away. Don't let that fool you. This is good for the environment and saves a lot of money so they aren't paying $3 per asparagus and that explains why the cost was so reasonable.

Amassの考えとしてのは普通のお店が捨てる野菜をものによって使えるので環境にも優しいし、コストダウンもできる。コスパはよかった！

Surprisingly my favorite dish was the chicken. And the bonus is the chicken broth it's served with could complete in Japan as tsukemen. I've never tasted something like this outside of Japan. And even within Japan they could hold their own.

一番好きなメインは意外とチキンだった。しかもソースはつけ麺でもいける！！びっくりした！海外の中で一番ラーメンなど行ける味！日本でもうまく行けそうな味。

Even simple dishes like the tomatoes pictured on the first photo were amazing.

The fish dish and mushroom dish was good as well. The desserts were all delicious too.

魚もマシュルームもデザートもまじでうまかった！

great job I'm definitely coming back and hope you guys try it too. Try it before they get their stars😻

A small snippet of my non gourmet eating in . The traditional food of Denmark is great! is surprisingly good and I recommend it!! My favorite was the salmon.

コペンハーゲンで食べたグルメじゃない食物ですが、伝統的なデンマーク料理やっと試した！本当においしかった。サーモンは一番好きだった。

Highly recommend it. The staff insist the purpose is to make good chocolate and they don't really care about profit. Really? I don't know if I believe it but the chocolate was really good. Plz go check it out.

My first proper meal in Copenhagen was awarded one Michelin star. Interestingly Era Ora is also the best Italian restaurant outside Italy hence my interest.

White mantle style fine dining in a large chateau style house with an unassuming entrance. Inside the amazing staff are attentive to your needs and will prepare you for truly a feast.

The entire dining experience met my expectations. I felt the price was a bit high for what I got but I was satisfied with the dishes.

The signature dessert was the famous mushroom, appearing all over social media and Google images lives up to it's hype. Enjoy guys 😋😋 @ Restaurant Era Ora

My first meal in was at which I would call an excellent wine bar. The food was ok. The salmon salad and the risotto were my favorites. All in all its a convenient choice and food is not bad. I recommend you try the orange wine if you visit. @ Paté Paté

My next sampling of Sweden's delicacies brings me to in . Recently promoted to two stars in February 2019, I had high hopes and expectations. That's the thing with expectations. It's better to not have them. The cooking and technique was very high level but the flavor pallet was a bit mild for my tastes. I was extremely satisfied with the choice of dishes in the set however and my favorites were the crayfish which was in season in August in Sweden 😋😋😍😍, the oyster emulsion, and the clam. @ Gastrologik

Pure magic. I was blessed with the opportunity to stay at which normally requires advanced booking over two years out. And what an incredible experience it was. Giraffes and humans mingling and coexisting is surreal. The food matched the experience and met the expectations I had of

Continuing my travels from Jakarta landing in Stockholm Europe aloe was the first restaurant that I had the pleasure of dining at. I didn’t quite know what to expect as the restaurant was in the middle of nowhere quite a ways away by Uber arriving at the restaurant it was a quaint one story building with a oshare design atmosphere. Upon arrival we socialize with the party that we will share the table with for our dining experience and enjoy snacks and a welcome drink. Moving to the dining room is a pretty amazing experience with the best Nordic design elements with a hint of Japanese influence.

The menu itself is French Nordic heavily infused with washoku inspiration. All in all this was my fifth favorite dining experience in Europe so far although some of the dishes are too salty. If they improve that it's one of my favorite restaurants in Europe. Amazingly the desserts were incredible finishing with a white peach rose ice cream (last picture).

I would definitely go again. @ Aloë

At the Nakasu yatai (night market) enjoy the atmosphere of night revelers enjoying their time together Personally I don't like eating in outdoor markets because the food is not good but you can try. Remember it's about the atmosphere not the taste LOL

Secrets of meat revealed: shrink wrapped shoulder of cow gets more delicious after 30 days of cold storage at 1 degree C. Within Japan there are many rankings of meat. I already knew A5 rank was the best but I learned something new- within A5 there are 11 different ranks. And this is the best of the best of A5-11. Ishigakigyu is truly delicious and gives Kobe beef a run for its money.

My friend Mr. Hozumi, is an expert knowledgable in ancient history in Japan, the royal family, local legends, and possesses many amazing ancient artifacts which he is very happy to tell you the complete history about. Oh, and he also possesses supernatural powers as he is a studied Shinto priest and has the capability to read various future paths and can already know what you need before you even meet him.
Relatively close to Tokyo it's not so inconvenient to pay him a visit.

I bet a lot of people think the only delicious food in Japan is Japanese food. But oh boy is that wrong. If you know where to go western food is super delicious. To illustrate my point even the French despite having immense pride about their food recently learned the best French restaurant in the world is now indeed in Tokyo. Please do not miss out on these delicacies.

Today I want to talk about burgers. I am a fan of super delicious high-quality hamburgers and possibly the best burger in the world is in Tokyo at a place called Blacows. Blacows sources their quality meat from various locations as is run by a meat distribution company. Blacows only uses A5 rank wagyu. They make their own "thousand island" which is actually like minced onion tartar sauce so if you don't like sauces ask for it on the side. Blacows has seasonal specials like the Gorgonzola burger pictured here with nuts finely chopped and embedded in the patty, but even the classic burger is delicious and I also recommend it because of the delicious patty and flavors. The menu is pretty extensive and you can even build your own burger so I never get tired of this place.

And before you ask they're not paying me and I have no relationship with them- I'm plugging it only cuz it. Enjoy guys!!
