A few weeks ago a previous clients reached out to me because she was headed to Boston for a few days for a conference. I do not focus on smaller domestic trips, but I agreed to help compare prices for a hotel since she was a return client. After a few hours and some back and fourth with her, I supplied my best option. Unfortunately, it wasn't anything cheaper than what she found by herself. She thanked me for trying but ultimately booked herself.
