My review of Pickalbatros Aqus Fun
Marrakech.
Feel free to share!
(Also from a solo traveller perspective)

After staying at this resort for 3 nights, here are my thoughts.

🌤Current Temperature 23/24 degrees

🌟Would I reccomend?
Yes absolutely! Especially for families and big kids alike! Lots to do for all ages, the entertainment team host activities for all.

🌟what actives are there?

✨️Crazy golf course on site
✨️Water park with a variety of slides for all ages, splash park for the little ones
✨️kids club
✨️Daytime activities such as darts, zumba, stretching, cocktail games, crazy golf competition.
✨️evening entertainment with different themes, kids disco every night.

🌟What food is available?
Wide range of food available, I would describe it as your standard 4🌟 food.
I'm a fussy eater away from home and I always found something to eat. The pizzas and meatballs are delicious.
There is also a microwave available in the restaurant for guests to use.

🌟What is the general attitude of the staff?

Staff were very friendly, entertainment staff especially, they go out of their way to chat to you and get to know you.
I sat through the children's entertainment each night and they were fantastic with the children.

🌟What rooms are available?

Standard rooms sleep 3 (either 3 singles or a double and a single)
Two bed family rooms with Sliding doors are also available.

Rooms were spacious enough and clean, beds were comfy.

🌟is there an indoor pool?

Yes there is, it's also heated which is perfect for the cooler months.

🌟How accessible is the hotel?
There are a handful of accesibility rooms available.
As a whole the resort is very open plan with minimal steps. Lifts and slopes are also available as an alternative to steps.

🌟Other facilities
✨️Shop that sells essentials and souvenirs (card is accepted aswell as cash)
✨️Two cash machine in reception (my advise would be to check the exchange rate of both, when I used them one had a better exchange rate than the other)

🌟From a solo traveller perspective....
Typically I would not of chosen this resort for myself as a solo traveller, however I was keen to visit this resort, especially with it being hone to the largest aqua park in Marrakech and the fact my target market as a travel agent is predominantly family holidays.

I actually really enjoyed it many of the staff were aware I was on my own and made some form of effort to speak with me when they weren't busy.

🌟Any thing I wasn't too keen on?

If I'm honest, no. In my opinion it's a solid 4🌟resort.

Wi fi can be a little variable especially in the rooms so it's advised to download things to watch before hand. Wi fi was the strongest in the reception area.

Good Afternoon from Kenzi Club in Marrakech.

After 3 amazing days at Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club (full write up coming soon), I've now moved over to the kenzi untill weds.

Not long arrived so yet to form an opinion. The grounds are absolutely stunning though.

Good morning from Pickalbatros Aqua Fun Club in Marrakech!

I have spent the last 48 hrs exploring this hotel as a potential to reccomend to families.

Last day here today, then I move onto another complex for my final 4 nights.

So far so good....certainly a resort I would reccomend.... the animation team is fantastic and the water park looks amazing.

The Riu Baobab has lots of Senegalese touches, from the artwork on the walls to local tipples in the Safari Bar.
