Aedos Investment Funds are focused on providing strong investor returns by working only in the markets we personally know. Individual funds are capitalized based on the specific offering, and structured to provide a mix of investment opportunities to assure stability, value, and variety of income streams. Current real estate fund investments span the
following categories:
Non-Performing Mortgages - Acquisition of Non Performing Mortgages with an emphasis on added value through either rehabilitation for full potential market value, or to bring into our stabilized rental portfolio, to provide a mix of short term and long term gains. Private Lending – With over 15 years experience in the real estate markets and a local touch through our affiliated real estate & construction companies, we provide investors with a trusted partner for funding on a short term (12 month or less) basis. Strong due diligence, direct market access, and a suite of unique in-house services to Hard Money clients provides stable relationships and strong returning customer volume. Direct Investment – With a vertically integrated solution and in-house experts in all aspects of real estate including evaluation, due diligence, brokerage, and construction, we provide direct investment in a variety of real estate projects. Current projects of interest include turnaround of distressed residential developments, new home developments, and raw land opportunities. L2O (Lease to Own) Programs – With the high percentage of borrowers ineligible for traditional financing today, opportunity exists. Through our unique Lease to Own program, we provide customers the opportunity to shop for properties based on their qualifications on the open market. Many L2O tenants can qualify in as little as 12 months for the purchase, providing stable returns and improving community homeownership. Venture Funds
Through our Aedos Ventures Fund, we provide seed capital, management experience and support for companies creating products focused flattening and shortening the real estate search-to-sale cycle for consumers through technology and innovations.
