𝐃𝐢𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰? The American flag is raised at the Magic Kingdom every morning before park opening and is ceremoniously lowered in the evening.

𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜, when the parks were empty, the flag still stood tall every morning.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭, and its timing can be easily found in the park app, usually scheduled around 5pm.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐝𝐚𝐲, either an active duty military member or a veteran, who is chosen to be honored during the ceremony.
