We’re absolutely pinching ourselves because we can’t believe we’re actually here! The flight was the longest yet, especially for Kanin, but every mile was worth it to reach this incredible city.

Munich, known for its rich history and vibrant culture, is full of amazing things to see and do. From the stunning architecture of the Marienplatz and the historic Nymphenburg Palace, to the delicious brews at the Hofbräuhaus and the sprawling Englischer Garten park, Munich has so much to offer. 🏰🍻🌳

What a week it’s been! 🌟 On one hand, an amazing adventure down memory lane in my old town with my folks, and on the other, holding my grandmother’s hand as she battles dementia. 💔 Time really does fly… ⏳ I am sure going to miss seeing my grandma everyday... today when we left she smiled but was sad to see us go.. She did eat all of her breakfast and Lunch.. Just when we sparked her memories and gave her some good company she started to feel better, life was back in her.. only for us to go!! I was a MESS..

One day, I know I’ll be the one showing my kids these cherished places. Until then, I’ll treasure all the moments from these past few days. ❤️ Moab does have my heart!

We toured the house where my dad grew up—what an indescribable feeling! It has been kept really nice from a family that lives in Sandy, it is their summer home. Boy do I wish I had that house!! 🏡 We discovered my grandfather used to invite old movie stars into their home. 🎬 Can you imagine?! David Carodine, Chill Wills and Keith Brian.

We touched the walls of my grandfather’s two bars in Moab, the Wagon Wheel Tavern. 🍻 We even toured an old trailer behind one of the bars, which is now an Airbnb. 🚐✨ He used to stay in this trailer or let old miners stay.

We stopped by the lot where my grandmother’s old restaurant, Jo's Cafe, once stood before it burned down. 🍽️🔥 And, we found out more about where my parents made out than we ever needed to know! 😳😂

We learned where Thelma & Louise’s car is, who has the most Volkswagens, and where $1.6 million homes are being built at the dump. 🚗🏠

We visited old egg farms, saw where my grandparents are buried, witnessed gorgeous sunsets, and felt how much we miss this place. 🌅💕

Cherish every moment, and hold your loved ones close. 💞
