Pictured below is Darragh Queally and Conor Martin with Jonas Kerr of J&S Pro Performance. Darragh and Conor were part of a National Assessments game yesterday in the AUL Dublin. Both players played in the Kennedy Cup back in June with South Tipperary. Darragh playing in his second Kennedy Cup has now moved onto League of Ireland football with Waterford F.C. which is a testament to his hard work and desire. Conor playing a year above his age at the Kennedy cup has recently been named in the Avcato Cup set to take place in Dublin on the weekend of 14-16th September. Conor is continually going from Strength to strength and we would like to wish him the best of luck.

Well done to both, We will be closely following these two in the future 🙌⚽️🇮🇪

We at J&S Pro Performance would like to congratulate Conor Martin on his selection for the Ireland U13s to play in the Actavo Cup in Dublin in September 14-16. Conor is a terrific young man with a great attitude and wonderful footballing talent. Conor was a member of the South Tipperary Kennedy Cup team a year above his age group back in June. We have no doubt that he will be the first of many opportunities he gets for the boys in green. Congrats to his Club St. Michaels and to his family. Can't wait to see you in action! Well Done👊⚽🇮🇪️

Summer Coaching sessions starting next week. During the off season, we offer an opportunity to improve and develop further. Whether you are a newcomer who wants to learn the game or a player with aspirations to play at high level, we cater for both.

Individual and paired sessions are also on offer. These are more intense sessions designed to improve specific areas of a player. A great opportunity to be learn from UEFA Qualified Coaches with lots of experience of working with young players.

Huge Congrats to Gary Messet of the Senior Irish Cerebral Palsy team 🇮🇪. We worked with Gary and the squad a few times last year in prep for the World Championship. Gary is the ultimate professional, a credit to his teammates, coaches and the country. Well Done Gary on a fantastic achievement 👍💯⚽️

Well done lads

On Sunday December 3rd West Cork were the visitors to Cahir Park to play a friendly vs South Tipperarys u14 ETP squad. The lunchtime kick off started very brightly for the South Tipp team who dominated possession from the off. South Tipps build up play in the early stages was at a very high level and the team were getting in some great scoring positions which eventually led to Evan Hawkins giving the side the lead when he was put through on goal by Oisin Forristal in the 18th minute. South Tipp continued to dominate the ball and the best chances but had to wait until the 48th to extend their lead when Darragh Queally converted from the spot after he was himself fouled in the box. Quickfire goals from Evin O'Reegan and Paraic Bergin who both cut in from the left to find the far corner made it 4-0. South Tipp took their foot off the gas to allow West Cork to pull 2 goals back very late on but overall it was a positive days work for this ever improving group of players. Next up for the team is a 4 team blitz next Sunday in Newcastle West

On Sunday the 26th of November South Tipperary's U12 and U13 ETP squads made the short trip to Carrigaline to face two strong Cork teams in their first inter league games of the season.
The U12s kicked off first and both teams played their part in a very competitive and entertaining match. There was little to chose between the two sides as chances came and went at both ends of the pitch. South Tipp goalkeeper Peter Boland had to make a tremendous save half way through the 1st half which was followed by a last ditch block on the line by Centre back Billy Tierney. At the other end Artem Izhko and Shane O'Gradys clever movement and link up play was a constant threat. Into the 2nd half and with fresh players introduced off the bench South Tipp started to to get on top and were rewarded when with 15mins left to play a wonderful Finn Jones cross was met on the volley from close range by Dominik Mendel. Cork reacted strongly to this set back and put the Tipperary side under big pressure for the remaining quarter of an hour. But South Tipp saw out the game and the final whistle was greeted by scenes of great joy from both players and staff alike. An extremely encouraging performance by this young group of players who take to the field again in 2 weeks to take on another strong team in waterford.
The U13 South Tipp team kicked off half an hour later and found themselves up against it early on. Cork started very brightly, not allowing the Tipp team any time to establish possesion and get any control on the game. Cork took the lead when a defensive mix up allowed their no.9 in on goal and he finished calmly. Only 2 or 3 quality saves from keeper Dylan Morrisey kept the score at 1-0 although South Tipp looked threatening on the few occasions they were able to run at the Cork back 4. Into the 2nd half and Corks dominance of the ball continued but they struggled to create scoring opportunities. This nearly cost them when Senan Butler found himself 1 on 1 with the keeper but saw his effort well saved. Cork put the game to bed when a cut back from the left hand side was tucked neatly into the corner. South tipp continued to work hard and try get back into the game until the last minute but to no avail. A dissapointing result in the end but plenty of positives to take from the display ahead of the teams next game in 2 weeks against Waterford. A big thank you to Cork Schoolboy League and also Carrigaline FC for the use of their excellent facilities on the day.

Best of Luck to Highview Athletic who begin there league campaign this weekend. We worked with the club during preseason to help get them ready for there step up to the Premier Division in Kilkenny. Best of luck lads and don't forget we will be back for some more testing soon😋.

We at J&S Pro Performance would like to wish the Senior Irish CP squad the best of luck as they head to Argentina today to play in the World Championships. We worked with the squad in preparation for the championships and seen the hard work and dedication that all the staff and players put in. They Face Brazil 🇧🇷Canada 🇨🇦 and Spain 🇪🇸 which will be no easy test but something both the players and Staff are relishing. Best of Luck 🇮🇪

Packages Include:

1) GPS (All players with breakdown of Volume/Intensity of all Sessions Game)
2) Fitness Testing (Top Speed, CMJ, Reactive Agility, 150's)
3) Coaching ( Fitness + S&C, Technical & Tactical sessions)

*Two Sessions Per Week 1 hour 15 minutes Sessions.

Bronze Package at €80 per week (Fitness Testing + Coaching)
Silver Package €150 per week (GPS + Coaching)
Gold Package €170 per week (GPS + Fitness Testing)
Elite Package €200 per week (GPS , Fitness Testing + Coaching)

Well done to the TSSDL ETP Girls who competed in the Gaynor Cup in UL this week. The girls competed in the u12s,u14s & u16s competition. After some excellent performances over the last few days, all 3 girls teams competed in the high end of the tournament with the U12s Finishing 4th, the u14s finishing 5th and the U16s finishing the competition in 8th. There is a big future for these groups of girls and they are a credit to there Management of Stephen Quinn, Brenton Dewick, Haley Dewick and Aoife Lynch.
